The male victim, 73, confronted the suspect for tampering with his vehicle. The suspect struck the victim with an unknown object, causing a laceration to the victim’s face. The suspect then vandalized the victim’s home. ARRESTED: Darla Williams, 58, for assault with a deadly weapon and vandalism.
