INCIDENT: PC273.6(E) - Violation of a Court Order with Priors
LOCATION: 149000 block of Del Rey Dr. Big River, CA
SUSPECT(S): Peter Walmsley, 41 Years Old, Resident of Big River, CA
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at approximately 11:13 a.m., deputies contacted Peter Walmsley during a follow up investigation, in the 149000 block of Del Rey. During the investigation, deputies discovered Walmsley was subject to a court order prohibiting him from being at the residence.
Walmsley was subsequently arrested and transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking. Walmsley remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department on $50,000.00 bail, pending a court hearing.
