At 415 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Hwy 74 Between Anza And Palm Desert, or 15 miles southwest of Indio, moving north at 15 mph. HAZARD...Half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Indio, southeastern Palm Springs, Coachella, Cathedral City, Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, Hwy 74 Between Anza And Palm Desert, Thermal, La Quinta, Indian Wells, Santa Rosa Mountain, Thousand Palms, and Bermuda Dunes.
