This Saturday, 9-20-2025, the Borough of Wildwood Crest will hold its annual Seafarers Celebration along Sunset Lake during the day and finish with a concert and fireworks display at Centennial Park in the evening. The daytime portion, featuring live music, craft and food vendors, fun contests and more, will run from 9am to 5pm and traffic along New Jersey Avenue will be diverted around the festival from Rambler Road to Monterey Avenue. Ocean Avenue will be closed in front of Centennial Park for the evening event, featuring music from the Roundhouse Band and a beachfront fireworks display from 7pm - 9pm. Please follow posted detours and drive cautiously in these areas. Festival goers are reminded to park in appropriate spaces and avoid parking in any areas marked by yellow boxes or curbing. Officers will be posted throughout the festival and available to assist with any questions or concerns. We hope everyone enjoys the celebration as we start to wrap up our summer season!
