The California City Police Department is advising citizens to exercise extreme caution while on roads. Even though the rain has stopped for now and some water has began to recede, there are still many hazards in the roads all over the city including mud, debris, and standing water. This includes those in the "second community" where flash floods created rivers and roads are severely damaged.
