7/9 – 4:38 a.m. – Nickolas F. Davis, 43 of Belleville, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol in the 1200 block of East Washington Street. Due to Davis having three previous DUI charges, the report was submitted to the St. Clair County State’s Attorney’s Office for consideration of felony charges. On September 17th the state’s attorney’s office charged Davis with Aggravated Driving Under the Influence; A Class 2 Criminal Felony.
