* WHEN...Until 445 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Roads and streets may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 143 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen, and heavy rainfall is still ongoing. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Flanagan. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
