Due to the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA), the Roosevelt Island Bridge will open on demand from 6 AM to 8 PM. Bridge openings will take anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes to be completed, and some delays may occur. Consider alternate routes and allow for additional travel time.
