NOTE: If you are submitting a service request online, you do NOT need to call, as this will create a duplicate Work Order.
If your missed pickup has not been emptied within 2 business days, please call our office at (828)749-2581 ext. 1.
Reminder: To ensure future pickup, carts should be by the curb by 6AM on the service day.
