* WHERE...Portions of southeast Kansas, including the following counties, Cherokee and Crawford and Missouri, including the following counties, Barry, Christian, Douglas, Howell, Jasper, Lawrence, McDonald, Newton, Ozark, Stone and Taney.

* WHEN...From 1 AM CDT Tuesday through Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may be flooded.
