1. Homicide (1616) 700 Block of South San Joaquin Street, Seaport District
The male victim, 73, was in the listed area when he was shot. The victim was transported to an area hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. Detectives responded and assumed the investigation.
2. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (2316) Charter Way and Silverton Drive, Seaport District
The male victim, 40, was inside a vehicle in the listed area when he saw the suspects outside his vehicle. As the victim exited his vehicle, one of the suspects swung a metal object at him, but the victim was able to block it. Another suspect attempted to run over the victim with a vehicle but was unsuccessful. The suspects fled
the area. SUSPECTS: Three White adult males.
3. Resisting Arrest (0046) 1700 Block of West Fremont Street, Civic District
Officers conducted a check out of a vehicle in the listed area for a vehicle code violation. Officers asked the driver to step out of the vehicle, and as the driver exited his vehicle, he attempted to flee on foot and resisted arrest. Force was used to take the suspect into custody. ARRESTED: Teantre Millro, 30, for resisting arrest
and an outstanding warrant.
