Flood Advisory until 01:45AM Wednesday 
Storms along a stationary boundary with heavy rainfall are occurring. Radar estimates of 1 to 2.5 inches have fallen in the East Grand Rapids/Kentwood area causing minor flooding on roads. Rainfall rates have decreased however an additional 1 to 2 inches of rain remains possible over the next few hours.
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of southwest Michigan, including the following county, Kent.
* WHEN...Until 145 AM EDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 741 PM EDT, Radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is already occurring in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Grand Rapids, Wyoming, Kentwood, East Grand Rapids, Gerald R. Instructions:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
