Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda, Sr., requests the public’s help in locating Charlene Green, 60, of Newark, who was reported missing on Saturday, September 20, 2025.
Ms. Green was last seen in Irvington, at Sunrise Halal Restaurant, located at 45 New Street. She was wearing reading glasses, a pink shirt, blue jeans, and black sneakers.
Ms. Green is described as African American, 5’6” tall, 295 pounds, with gray hair, and brown eyes. Because she is diabetic, Ms. Green may have suffered a diabetic episode as part of her disappearance.
