* WHEN...From Friday morning through Friday evening.
* IMPACTS...High winds could blow around unsecured objects, damage property and cause power outages. Travel could be difficult.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Greatest risk of peak winds reaching 70 mph are as winds shift to the west along the outer coast of Prince of Wales Island. Saturated ground may lead to greater tree fall with this system.
