West Bloomfield Township Issues Temporary Outdoor Watering Ban in Response to GLWA Water Main Break September 25, 2025
Due to the recent Great Lakes Water Authority (GLWA) water main break in Novi, West Bloomfield Township is implementing an outdoor watering ban effective immediately and until further notice. This temporary measure is being enacted as part of our efforts to assist neighboring communities impacted by the incident and to help stabilize the regional water supply during the emergency response.
Important Notes for Residents:
* Outdoor water usage is prohibited until the ban is lifted.
* There is no boil water advisory in effect for West Bloomfield Township at this time.
* Updates and further guidance will be provided as more information becomes available and the situation progresses.
