The male victim, 53, was in the parking lot of an area business when he confronted a juvenile for striking his vehicle with a shopping cart. The suspect attempted to cut the victim with a box cutter and fled. SUSPECT: White male juvenile.
2. Armed Robbery (2235) 7500 Block of North Pacific Avenue, Lakeview District
The male victim, 27, was in the area when two suspects brandished firearms and took his property. SUSPECTS: Two Black male adults.
3. Assault with a Deadly Weapon Arrest (2301) 2100 Block of Fontana Avenue, Civic District
The juvenile male victim was in the listed area when the suspect swung an object at his head. Officers responded and arrested the suspect without incident. The victim was uninjured. ARRESTED: Mark Lopez, 29, for assault with a deadly weapon.
