UPDATE – ROAD WORK DELAY
Due to rain, Wayne County’s resurfacing on Sheldon Rd is delayed and will continue through today (Friday, 9/26/25) until after 5:00 p.m., and may extend into Saturday (9/27/25).
Original Advisory:
Sheldon Rd (Joy–Ann Arbor Rd) resurfacing began Fri 9/19 (4 a.m.–6 p.m.) and continued Mon 9/22–Wed 9/24. Lane reductions and closures in effect. Joy/Sheldon intersection closed briefly midday. Use Canton Center, Warren, or Morton Taylor as detours. Expect delays. School buses and emergency vehicles permitted. For info: 888-ROAD-CREW.
