Activity for September 25, 2025:
- Officers responded to the 1700 block of Plymouth Street for a threats report.
- Officer Allison made contact with a subject trespassing in the 1500 block of Page Avenue. A 41-year-old male was arrested on multiple outstanding misdemeanor warrants.
- Officers were dispatched to the 100 block of East Mansion Street for a shooting. The victim was transported to the hospital with minor injuries. The 32-year-old female suspect has been identified, but has not been located.
- Officer Marcum and Cadet Buckland visited with students at JCISD.
- Officers responded to a domestic dispute in the 100 block of Wall Street. A 39-year-old male was arrested for domestic assault – 2nd offense.
- Officers were dispatched to the 500 block of Steward Avenue for a personal welfare check. Charges will be sought on a 31-year-old female for 1st degree child abuse, and child abuse in the presence of another child.
- Officers responded to the 100 block of Fourth Street for a warrant arrest. A 41-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant. A 34-year-old male was arrested for conditional bond violation and an outstanding felony warrant.
- Officer Soloman conducted a traffic stop at Homewild Avenue and North Pleasant Street. The 27-year-old male driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
- Officers were dispatched to East South Street and South Cooper Street for a traffic crash. A 50-year-old male was transported to the hospital.
