The Amarillo Police Department is providing an update regarding the incident that occurred on September 25, 2025, in the 1100 block of Bluebell.
An autopsy was performed today, September 26, 2025, in Lubbock, Texas, on the victim, Paluku Valantin. The final autopsy results are pending additional testing.
In a significant development, two additional suspects have been identified, located, and arrested in connection with this case:
Dashaun Timothy Jackson, 18-year-old male
Thomas Seldom Rendon, 33-year-old male
Due to the pending autopsy results, both suspects have been booked into the Potter County Detention Center on charges of Aggravated Robbery. Additionally, the murder charge against Alline Ndayishimiye, a 33-year-old female, has been changed to Aggravated Robbery at this time.

The Amarillo Police Department is providing a follow-up regarding the homicide that occurred on September 25, 2025, in the 1100 block of Bluebell. We have successfully notified the next of kin and are now able to release information regarding the victim.

The Homicide Unit has confirmed that an individual has been apprehended regarding the murder that took place on September 25, 2025, in the 1100 block of Bluebell. The suspect, Alline Ndayishimiye, 33- year-old female was arrested and charged with murder. Ndayishimiye is presently being held at the Potter County Detention Center.
The name of the victim is being withheld pending the notification of family members.

Amarillo, TX – On September 25, 2025, at approximately 2:00 PM, Amarillo Police Department received a dispatch regarding a deceased male located inside a residence in the 1100 block of Bluebell.
Upon arrival and further investigation, officers discovered potential signs of assault on the victim. As a result, the Homicide Unit has been contacted and is currently investigating the incident.
