PLYMOUTH TWP POLICE ADVISORY
UPDATE – ROAD WORK DELAY
Wayne County has advised that resurfacing on Sheldon Rd (Joy Rd – Ann Arbor Rd) will continue into Saturday, September 27, 2025 due to weather delays. 
Original Advisory:
Sheldon Rd resurfacing began Friday, September 19 (4:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.) and continued September 22–24. Lane reductions and closures remain in effect, with the Joy/Sheldon and Ann Arbor Rd/Sheldon intersections.
Detours: Use Canton Center, Warren, or Morton Taylor Roads. Expect delays.
School buses and emergency vehicles will be permitted.
