In support of the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers 5K Run & Walk, the Hugh L Carey Tunnel will be closed to all traffic from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM tomorrow, 9/28.
In support of the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers 5K Run & Walk, the Hugh L Carey Tunnel will be closed to all traffic from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM tomorrow, 9/28.
Beginning at 6:30 AM tomorrow, there will be no access to the Manhattan-bound HLC Tunnel from local streets in Brooklyn. Access to the Manhattan-bound HLC Tunnel from Brooklyn will only be available via the Gowanus Expressway until 7:00 AM. Motorists are advised to use alternate routes and allow for additional travel time.
