OPD NEWS:
The Oakland Police Department requests assistance from our community and media partners in locating Missing Person Joanna Perez, who is at risk due to Age.
She was last seen on September 27, 2025, around 4:00 p.m., in the 4900 block of Congress Avenue. Perez was wearing a gray hoodie and black jeans.
She is described as a 16-year-old Hispanic female who is 5'2” tall and weighs 90 pounds. Perez has purple hair and brown eyes.
The family reports Perez is in good physical condition; however, she suffers from mental health challenges.
