September 26, 2025:

• Officer Brooker located a wanted subject near Van Buren Street and Homecrest Road. The 33-year-old male was arrested for resisting and obstructing; being a felon in possession of a firearm; being a felon in possession of ammunition; conditional bond violation; and an outstanding felony warrant.
• Officer Reynaga was dispatched to Warwick Court for subjects fighting. A 31-year-old female was arrested for 1^st degree home invasion; felonious assault; and an outstanding felony warrant.
• Officer Morse met with officers from the Pittsfield Township Police Department for a warrant arrest. A 27-year-old female was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.
• Officer Brooker responded to the 200 block of Janke Street for a domestic dispute. The 52-year-old male suspect was located near Van Buren Street and North Blackstone Street. The male was arrested for domestic assault – strangulation.
• Officer Morse was dispatched to a domestic dispute in the 100 block of North Pleasant Street. Officers were unable to locate the 52-year-old male suspect. Charges will be sought on the male for violating a personal protection order, and domestic assault – 3^rd offense.
• Officer Tenney responded to the 1700 block of Homewild Avenue for a warrant arrest. A 43-year-old female was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
• Sergeant Thoresen conducted a traffic stop at Homewild Avenue and North Pleasant Street. The 51-year-old male driver was arrested for driving with a suspended license, and driving while intoxicated – 3^rd offense.
• Officer Soloman located a wanted subject near Homewild Avenue and North Pleasant Street. A 27-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
• Officers conducted multiple liquor inspections downtown.

• Officer Morse was dispatched to a domestic dispute in the 200 block of West Argyle Street. A 31-year-old male was arrested for domestic assault.
• Officer Goble met with MSP Troopers from the Hillsdale Post for a warrant arrest. A 25-year-old male was lodged at JSO on an outstanding felony warrant.
• Officer Soloman responded to the 100 block of West Prospect Street for a personal welfare check on a subject in a vehicle. A 67-year-old male was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
• Officer Jones and Officer E. Smith located a wanted subject in the 300 block of West Michigan Avenue. A 49-year-old female was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
• Detective Brooks conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of Jonquil Court. Charges will be sought on a 26-year-old male for resisting and obstructing.
• Officer Soloman was dispatched to a domestic dispute near Barberry Drive and Merriman Street. A 31-year-old male was arrested for domestic assault, and conditional bond violation.

• Officer Brooker responded to the 400 block of West North Street for a domestic dispute. A 34-year-old male was arrested for domestic assault.
• Officer Tenney conducted a traffic stop in the 700 block of East Washington Avenue. The 35-year-old female driver was arrested for conditional bond violation, and an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.
• Officer Panther made contact with a subject illegally parked in the 300 block of Van Buren Street. A 33-year-old male was arrested for possession of narcotics.
• Officer Tenney was dispatched to East Porter Street and Cooper Street for a personal welfare check on a subject in a vehicle. The 20-year-old male driver was arrested for driving without an operator’s license; being a minor in possession of marijuana; and driving under the influence of narcotics.
