DETAILS:  On Monday, Septemeber 29, 2025 at 12:35 pm, the WWPD's Communications Center received multiple calls about smoke and flames that were emanating from 14 Lancaster Dr. in the Windsor Ponds development.   Patrol Officers from WWPD, as well as the above listed Fire and Emergency Services units were detailed to the scene.  Upon arrival, fire could visibly be seen at the rear of 14 Lancaster Dr.  The fire ultimately spread to neighboring residences at 12 and 11 Lancaster Dr. respectively.  10 Lancaster Dr. sustained heat and smoke damage.  All residents were evacuated from their homes without incident.  The fire was extinguished in approximately 45 minutes.   
             Arson Investigators DSgt. W. Jones, and Det. P. Buchanan arrived on scene to continue the joint investigation with West Windsor Fire Investigator J. Jamison and the Mercer County Prosecutor's Office Arson Unit. 
             The residences listed sustained significant damage, however, no injuries were reported at the scene.  Services are currently being offered to the affected / displaced families.  The cause of the fire is pending further investigation.
