Wilmington Police have arrested a man on drug charges.
On September 29, at approximately 11:52 a.m., members of the Drug, Organized Crime, and Vice Division were in the 1700 block of West 3rd Street, when they observed a male subject engaged in drug-related activity. Police made contact with 23-year-old Devin Pearson, who was taken into custody without incident. Pearson was found to be in possession of 2.07 grams of crack cocaine, and 1.17 grams of heroin.
Pearson has been charged with the following offenses:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver – Two Counts
He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and was released after posting $10,000 secured bail.
