The reporting party advised dispatch of a vehicle at the location and two unknown subjects inside the vehicle.

Deputies arrived on scene within minutes and located a vehicle matching the description. Deputies contacted the driver of the vehicle, who was later identified as Cashuelle Delwon Ellington.
