The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s PRCA Rodeo was held in Devore, Ca, this past weekend from Friday September 26 through Sunday September 28. The Sheriff’s Rodeo raises funds through ticket purchases and the generous donations from our sponsors which is all donated back to local charities within San Bernardino County. Each night of the Rodeo is dedicated to a different cause.
Friday night is the “Man Up Crusade” which raises awareness of domestic violence. Across the nation, domestic violence affects about 10 million people every year. As a result, victims and their children end up in domestic violence shelters, leaving their homes with nothing more than the clothes on their backs.
The GIFT OF LOVE program has been committed to helping bring Christmas gifts, hope and love to nine domestic violence shelters across the Inland Empire for over 25 years! The Sheriff’s Rodeo is proud to present a check for $10,000 to the GIFT OF LOVE!
