Effective October 1, 2025, Allied Universal began operations of the City of West Hollywood’s Security Ambassador Program. This will include providing uniformed bicycle, kiosk, foot-patrol, fixed-post, special event, and transit security ambassador services.
As part of this operational transition, the City of West Hollywood has established a new 24/7 call/text hotline at (323) 848-6500 and a dedicated information page at www.weho.org/security. In addition, community members will now be able to submit a request for service and/or communicate any positive/constructive feedback about an interaction with a security ambassador through the City’s Official App by downloading the app on their smart device or submitting through the following page at www.weho.org/service-requests.
