Crescenta Valley Sheriff’s Station is excited to launch a new way for our community to connect with us via the Virtual Deputy Program.

Through a secure Microsoft Teams meeting, you can now speak directly with a deputy about non-emergency concerns such as:

• Filing certain reports with no suspect information
• Requests for information
• Inquiries about law enforcement related matters

The link will take you to a short questionnaire that helps us ensure your concern is appropriate for a virtual appointment. If the situation is urgent—such as needing medical attention, a crime in progress, evidence that must be booked, or a suspect still in the area—please call 9-1-1 or our station at 818-248-3464.

After completing the form, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to book your appointment. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see the email right away. Appointments require a minimum of 24 hours to schedule.

This program allows community members to handle many concerns virtually, saving time and avoiding unnecessary travel. By resolving non-emergency issues online, our deputies can dedicate more time in the field to emergencies and calls requiring immediate attention. All submissions are reviewed by supervisors, and you’ll have the ability to provide supporting documents such as photos or videos to ensure your report is accurate and complete.
