We hope you will join us on Thursday, October 16 from 7 to 9 PM at the Highland Park Community Center for a community meeting about the proposed Tract A redevelopment project.
The meeting will start with a general presentation by representatives from the governing body, professional staff, and TANTUM, the selected conditional developer for the area referred to as Tract A in the 2021 Downtown Redevelopment Plan. This is the area near No. 2nd Avenue, spanning from 101 Raritan to 127/133 Raritan Avenue. We will be providing an overview of the proposed redevelopment project, including the types of uses in the proposed building along with some concept renderings. After the presentation, attendees will be able to visit different information stations to review the plans in more detail, ask questions, and offer input.
If you are not able to attend the meeting, we will be recording the presentation and replaying it on our HPTV cable channel and on YouTube, as well as posting the slide deck and other meeting materials online after the meeting.
