1. Kidnapping (1500) 7400 Block of Pacific Avenue, Lakeview District
The female victim, 44, was in the listed area when the known suspect threatened to harm her unless she went with him in his vehicle to find an associate of the victim. The victim complied and the suspect let her go when they could not locate that associate. SUSPECT: Black male adult.
2. Robbery (1810) 400 Block of South Sierra Nevada Street, Park District
The male victim, 19, met the suspect in the listed area to sell him merchandise. The suspect took the merchandise and fled in a vehicle, striking the victim in the process. The victim was treated at an area hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. SUSPECT: White male adult.
3. Weapon Arrest (0214) 100 Block of South Center Street, Civic District
Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle in the listed area. Officers located a loaded firearm during a search of the vehicle. ARRESTED: Faris Obad, 21, for weapon charges.
