Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda, Sr., requests the public’s help in locating William Nieves Rodriguez, 66, of Newark, who was reported missing on Friday, October 3, 2025.
Mr. Rodriguez was last seen in area of Military Park. He is described as Hispanic, 5’11” tall, 200 pounds, with salt and pepper hair. He was wearing a gray sweater, blue jeans, and white and blue sneakers.
