INCIDENT: Major Injury Crash
LOCATION: Nisqualli Road/ Second Avenue, Victorville
SUSPECT(S): Rosalie Morales, 36-years-old, Resident of Victorville
VICTIM(S): Male Juvenile, 13-years-old, Resident of Victorville
SUMMARY: On Friday, October 03, 2025, at about 9:16 p.m., deputies from the Victorville Police Station, along with Victorville Fire Department and American Medical Response (AMR) personnel, responded to the area of Nisqualli Road and Second Avenue, for a vehicle versus pedestrian crash.
Upon arrival, it was determined a white Toyota Camry crashed into a juvenile on a bike in the eastbound lanes of Nisqualli Road. The juvenile sustained major injuries and was transported to St. Mary Medical Center where he was flown to Loma Linda University Medical Center. The driver of the Toyota Camry, Rosalie Morales, remained on scene and was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs.
Victorville Major Accident Investigation Team conducted the investigation.
Nisqualli Road between Third Avenue and First Avenue was closed for several hours.
