FLU VACCINATION PROGRAM

The Teaneck Health Department and Holy Name Medical Center are sponsoring a flu clinic on October 22nd & 23rd at the Richard Rodda Community Center between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.

For patients recieving high dose influenza vaccine who do not have Medicare Part B, $70/vaccine.

For patients receiving standard dose influenza vaccine who do not have Medicare Part B, $25/vaccine. 

There is no charge for Medicare Part B participants. 

Requirements- High Dose- Must be a Teaneck resident 65 years and older. 
Requirements- Standard Dose-  MUST be a Teaneck resident 18 years and older, pregnant, or chronically ill with a doctor's prescription.
