Full Notification

This is a message from Clay County Emergency Services.    Clay County Emergency Services is attempting to locate a missing juvenile Owen Brewer, white male, 13 years old, shorter length blonde hair and clothing description is unknown at this time.  The male juvenile was last seen at approximately 3:30 PM earlier this afternoon getting off a school bus in the area of Hiawassee Street and Dogwood Hills.  The juvenile is known to be in the downtown area of Hayesville and is possibly on foot in the area.   If you see this juvenile, call 911 and report his location immediately.  Further information will be sent out as it becomes available.
