Consumers Gas Company advises some areas are without natural gas due to a service line break in the river. As a result all areas east of the river have been shut off. Also all locations between Main Street and Robinson Street from the VFW to Church Street are also shut off. Consumers Gas personnel expect to have service restored Tuesday morning. Anyone with questions can call the Consumers Gas Company at 618 382 4158. They apologize for any inconvenience but wanted the public to be aware of the service interruptions.
