10/9/25 Water valve replacement in the area of East Upland Rd. and The Parkway to take place mid-morning. 
The Cayuga Heights Police Department would like to advise residents that the Department of Public Works will be conducting a water valve replacement in the area of East Upland Road and The Parkway on Thursday, October 9, 2025. Work will begin in the A.M. and should be completed by midday. Residents in this area may experience discolored water and if so should flush toilets several times before running it through any faucets.
