Activity for October 8, 2025:
- Officer Marcum was dispatched to the 200 block of Steward Avenue for a personal welfare check. A 48-year-old male was transported to the hospital.
- Officer Allison responded to the Courthouse for a warrant arrest. A 35-year-old female was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
- Officers visited multiple schools during the day.
- Officers were dispatched to the 200 block of Homewild Avenue for a breaking and entering. Two 17-year-old males were lodged at JCYC for burglary; larceny from a building; possession of burglary tools; and being minors in possession of alcohol.
- Officers responded to the 500 block of South Jackson Street for an overdose. A 39-year-old male was arrested for conditional bond violation.
- Officer Farnsworth was dispatched to the 300 block of Carr Street for a stolen vehicle report. The vehicle was entered into the national database as stolen.
- Officer Farnsworth and Officer Tripp located a wanted subject in the 300 block of Van Buren Street. A 37-year-old male was arrested on several outstanding felony warrants.
