Wilmington Police arrest male juvenile on gun charge: 
Wilmington Police have arrested a male juvenile on a gun charge.
On October 7, at approximately 2:28 p.m., members of the Uniformed Services Division were in the area of West 5th and North Madison Streets, when they observed a male subject acting in a suspicious manner. Police attempted to make contact with the male, who fled on foot. Following a brief foot pursuit, police took a 14-year-old male juvenile into custody without incident, and recovered a loaded .380 caliber handgun.
The 14-year-old male juvenile has been charged with the following offense:
- Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon
