Please be advised that Frank Lurch Demolition Co. was contracted by the Borough for demolition and site stabilization work to be performed at the 21 Fair Haven Road property.  A copy of the site plan is available on the Borough website. 
 
Work is scheduled to begin on or about Tuesday, October 14, 2025.  It is anticipated that the work will take 4-6 weeks. 
 
This letter serves as Notice and to make you aware of these construction undertakings.  We emphasize caution, safety, and please be mindful of the surrounding construction equipment.
 
Please pardon the interruption and we would like to thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation.  If you have any questions or concerns regarding the proposed work, please contact the Borough at (732) 747-0241, ext. *219.
 
Prior to demolition there will be asbestos mitigation to remove asbestos caulk found in the structure.   This work will be performed under the oversight and inspection of our environmental engineer, Najarian Associates.
