Today, starting at 1:30pm there will be partial road closures in the area of CHS (Parker Avenue, Summit Avenue and Garfield Place for the annual CHS Homecoming Parade which will conclude at Underhill Field. Expect some delays in the area and plan alternate routes of travel. The event is expected to last approx. 30 min.
