The male victim, 35, was working at an area business when the suspects attempted to shoplift merchandise. The victim followed the suspects, and they pepper-sprayed the victim. The suspects fled in a vehicle with the merchandise. SUSPECTS: two Black male adults
2. Resisting Arrest (1419) Kentfield Road and Surrey Lane, Valley Oak District
Officers conducted a checkout of a vehicle in the listed area. The occupant resisted officers' attempts to detain him, and force was used to take him into custody. ARRESTED: Perry Young, 42, for resisting arrest.
