A significant coastal storm (Nor’Easter) will impact our area this weekend on Sunday and Monday 
Moderate to major coastal flooding is POSSIBLE with the storm. Residents in flood prone, low-lying areas, please be prepared for the possibility of significant flooding with the Sunday and Monday high tide cycles. Current predictions include flood levels greater than that of Hurricane Erin (this past August 2025) in our streets. High tide in the back bay areas occur around 1:00 pm on Sunday afternoon, 2:00 am early Monday morning, and 2:15 pm on Monday afternoon. Please ensure you move your vehicles from the low lying areas prior the high tide cycles and do not drive through flood waters.
