On 10/08/25 at 1800 hours, the male victim, 36, and the female victim, 34, were in the listed area when the suspects approached them. The suspects pointed a handgun at one victim and punched the other. The suspects took property from one of the victims and fled. Officers responded to the listed area on a report of a violation of a restraining order. Officers attempted to detain the suspect, but he resisted arrest and assaulted an officer. Force was used to take the suspect into custody. The officer was uninjured. The male victim, 20, was working at an area business when he confronted the suspects, who were shoplifting merchandise. One suspect brandished a possible firearm at the victim before both suspects fled with the merchandise. SUSPECTS: A Hispanic male adult and a Black female adult.
