Prospect Plains Rd is closed between Half Acre Rd to Cedar Brook Rd. Traffic signals are out @ Prospect Plains Rd & Union Valley Half Acre Rd as well as Prospect Plains Rd & Whittingham Dr/Concordia Cr. There also is a power outage due to a blown transformer in the area. Please avoid the area and find an alternate route. Per JCP&L no estimated time of power restoration
