10/1 – 2:30 a.m. – Alison E. Chamberlain, 34 of Millstadt, arrested on a St. Clair County traffic warrant. Also charged by the St. Clair County State’s Attorney’s Office with the following:
Count 1: Aggravated Batter (Peace Officer; a Class 2 Criminal Felony.
Count 2: Criminal Damage To Government Supported Property (Police Squad Car); a Class 4 Criminal Felony.
Count 3: Obstructing a Peace Officer; A Class “A” Criminal Misdemeanor.
Count 4: Resisting a Peace Officer: A Class “A” Criminal Misdemeanor.
Incident occurred during a traffic stop in the 300 block of North Jefferson Street.
