Suspect Brandishes Firearm During Residential Burglary
On Sunday, October 12, just before 2 p.m., Culver City Police responded to a radio call that a residential burglary had occurred at the 4100 block of Minerva Avenue.
Upon arrival, officers learned that four suspects, described as four male adults wearing ski masks, had forced their way into a residence and ransacked the home.
As the suspects fled the location, a neighbor approached them. One of the suspects pointed a firearm at the neighbor before all four suspects entered a waiting vehicle and fled the area.
Officers immediately conducted an extensive search of the surrounding area; however, the suspects were not located. Culver City Police Department Investigators and Forensics personnel responded to the scene to search for evidence and canvass the neighborhood for any additional information. This case remains under active investigation.
