MONDAY, OCTOBER 6, 2025:
11:26 AM Officer Lara investigated a package theft near Edgewater & Lake Drives.
8:30 PM Officer Norvell conducted a welfare check on Newpark Mall Road. A 32-year-old male was arrested for possession of narcotics. He was transported to Santa Rita Jail for booking.
9:29 PM Officer Dale investigated multiple window smash vehicle burglaries reported on Mowry School Road. Reported losses included backpacks and bags containing electronics, wallets, and identification documents.
TUESDAY, OCTOBER 7, 2025:
12:19 AM Officer Norvell conducted a welfare check near Sycamore St & Graham Ave. A 24-year-old male was arrested for outstanding warrants, and was booked into Santa Rita Jail.
7:03 AM During a security check on Newpark Mall Road, Officer Orozco observed a vehicle with a shattered window. No loss was determined.
8:28 AM Officer Berlanga conducted a traffic stop near Cedar Blvd & Moores Ave. A 17-year-old female with an outstanding warrant was arrested and transported to the juvenile hall.
9:14 AM Officer Felix conducted a traffic stop near Cherry St & Redecker Pl. A 56-year-old male was cited for driving with a suspended license.
WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 8, 2025:
9:25 AM Officer Medina responded to an active stolen vehicle alert near Thornton Ave & I-880. The driver, a 14-year-old juvenile was arrested and transported to the juvenile hall.
1:29 PM Officer C. Torres responded to the area of Cedar Blvd & Saint Mark Ave for a report of a stolen license plate.
1:40 PM Officer Orozco responded to a disturbance on Newpark Mall Rd. A 23-year-old male was arrested for brandishing a baseball bat. He was transported to Santa Rita Jail for booking.
2:13 PM Officer Jou responded to a commercial burglary reported nera Fircrest St & Jarvis Ave.
THURSDAY, OCTOBER 9, 2025:
8:42 AM Officer Shaffer investigated a suspicious activity report near Central Ave & Cherry St. A 60-year-old male was arrested for vandalism, narcotics, and trespassing. He was transported to Santa Rita Jail for booking.
2:38 PM Officer Medina investigated a package theft reported near Joaquin Murieta Ave & Cedar Blvd.
FRIDAY, OCTOBER 10, 2025:
8:37 AM Officer Shaffer performed a pedestrian stop near Cedar & Stevenson Boulevards. A 39-year-old male was cited for possession of narcotics.
1:24 PM Officer Shaffer investigated an attempted vehicle theft reported near Birch St & Baine Ave. A 33-year-old male was arrested for vehicle theft, vandalism, and resisting arrest. He was transported to Santa Rita Jail for booking
7:09 PM Officers investigated several vehicle burglaries reported across the city.
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 11, 2025:
8:27 PM Officer Losier conducted a pedestrian stop near Cedar & Stevenson Boulevards. A 44-year-old male was arrested for possession of narcotics and was transported to Santa Rita Jail for booking.
10:24 PM Officer Kim performed a traffic stop near Mowry Ave & Cherry St. A 35-year-old male was arrested for active warrants and was transported to Santa Rita Jail for booking.
11:43 PM Officer Shaffer conducted a pedestrian stop near Jarvis Ave & Newark Blvd. A 35-year-old male was arrested for shoplifting. He was transported and booked into Santa Rita Jail.
SUNDAY, OCTOBER 12, 2025:
2:48 AM Officer Soto investigated an assault reported near Sycamore St & Thornton Ave.
9:51 AM Officer Ansari investigated a vehicle theft reported near Cherry St & Moores Ave.
10:15 AM Officer Jackman recovered a stolen vehicle from the area of Civic Terrace Ave & Cedar Blvd.
12:05 PM Officer Ansari investigated a report of a stolen license plate near Birch St & Moores Ave.
8:18 PM Community Service Officer (CSO) Vuong investigated several package thefts reported near Cedar Blvd & Joaquin Murieta Ave.
10:09 PM Officer Losier investigated a vehicle burglary reported near Mowry Ave & Alpenrose Court. The investigation is currently ongoing.
