* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of central and northern California, including the following counties, in central California, northwestern San Benito. In northern California, southeastern Alameda and eastern Santa Clara.
* WHEN...Until 1000 PM PDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 705 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... San Jose, Gilroy, Morgan Hill, Mt.
