* WHERE...Portions of central and northern California, including the following counties, in central California, northwestern Monterey and northwestern San Benito. In northern California, southeastern Santa Cruz.
* WHEN...Until 1115 PM PDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 817 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is already occurring in the advisory area. Up to 0.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Salinas, Watsonville, Hollister, Marina, Soledad, Gonzales, Chualar, Spreckels, Boronda, Ridgemark, Prunedale, Castroville, Moss Landing, Interlaken, San Juan Bautista, Aromas, Elkhorn, Las Lomas and Pajaro. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
